Born in NJ and raised in PA.
Earned a Carpentry/Cabinetmaking Degree from Cumberland-Perry Vocational Tech School. Earned a BS in Real Estate and Insurance from Penn State University.
Volunteers for St. Mark Catholic Church and Community School of Davidson.
Enjoys boating, playing ice hockey, skiing and spending time with wife Liza and daughters, Elizabeth, Allison and Julia. He also enjoys fishing.
Joe has lead GBI to continue to approach design and construction in new, innovative ways by conceptualizing differently and making a daily effort to push past ordinary solutions. His passion about the job: “Surrounding myself everyday with a team that has true passion for what we do.” What he likes most about working at GBI? “Having my own construction company has ultimately allowed me to stay involved in the field as a master builder – something that I truly love and can never stay away from too long.”
Career Highlights: Paying for school by working as a freelance carpenter during breaks and summers, Being recruited by a national homebuilder to fulfill duties as a Construction Supervisor, Estimator, Sales Representative, Production Manager, Sales Manager, Land Manager & Profit Center Manager over a 19 year period.
