My team consists of Jim Phelps, a top rated local architect, Carmen Hunter, top-producing Realtor, Will Walsh, experienced designer, Courtney Shaughnessy, office manager, Jason Tanenbaum, general manager and myself. We take into consideration all aspects of a project before it leaves the drawing table and gets into construction, which eliminates miscommunication and problems later on. Our partners in construction know what to expect and we have excellent communication with them. We meet often at the project site during construction to make sure the results are what we expected and often our expectations are exceeded. All this translates into happy homeowner, which is our goal”.
