Jay FespermanVP of Construction
Jay is a Lake Norman native and a graduate of NC State University. He joined Grainda Builders as an Assistant Construction Manager after spending four years working in new home construction and home renovations.
Day-to-day Jay spends time on-site at Grainda’s various projects working with our trades to ensure projects specifications are on track and helping out to see the project to the finish line. His construction and trade experience allows him to pitch in on job sites, as needed. Jay is a great example of Grainda’s “all hands on deck” approach to delivering on their promise to go above and beyond in bringing the clients dream project to life.
In his downtime, you can find Jay mountain biking, hunting or taking advantage of our close proximity to Lake Norman where he enjoys boating, watersports, and fishing.
