BUILDING BETTEROne Project at a time.

Greetings From Grainda

Entering fall 2024, I would like to extend a warm welcome from everyone here at Grainda Builders. The year thus far has brought its share of challenges and opportunities, and through it all, our commitment to exceptional customer service and communication has remained steadfast.

One of the core philosophies that guides us at Grainda is the concept of the “client for life.” This means that our relationship with you doesn’t end when a project is completed. Instead, we aim to nurture a long-lasting partnership built on trust, integrity, and mutual respect. This ties directly into our mantra: the “builder that does it better.” We believe that by aiming for excellence in every aspect of our work, we can deliver not just a house, but a home that meets and exceeds your expectations.

This year, we’ve placed a significant focus on curiosity over blame. When things don’t go as planned, it’s easy to point fingers. Instead, we choose to ask questions, seeking to understand the root cause and how we can improve. This approach has been instrumental in building stronger, more resilient processes and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

I’m delighted to share some of our recent achievements. In April, our founder and CEO Joe Grainda and his daughter Julia attended the Charlotte Home Builders Association MAME Awards, where we were honored with the award for Best Outdoor Living Space for an incredible all-season outdoor area at a home on Lake Norman. This recognition is a testament to our team’s hard work and the innovative designs of our project partners and designer Ashley Jimenez.

The “client for life” philosophy is deeply embedded in our leadership and company culture. We never view projects as “one and done.” Instead, we focus on delivering quality and attention to detail that ensures the longevity and reliability of our work. This perspective drives us to exceed your expectations and helps build a memorable client experience that encourages you to return to us for future projects - and I am excited to share a story of a long-time Grainda client with you in the pages that follow.

We are incredibly thankful for your trust and partnership. As we look forward to the coming months and beyond, we remain committed to honing our craft and continuing to deliver exceptional results that showcase the full potential of your home.

SINCERELY
