Greetings From Grainda
2022 brings an exciting milestone for the Grainda Builders team as we celebrate 20 years of crafting custom homes and full-scale renovations for our clients.
While much has changed, it’s always interesting to reflect on how some things remained constant. At Grainda, we’re proud to say that those constants have been the focus on our customer-first approach throughout our planning and building processes, using creative problem solving to deliver valuable solution and our attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Even with the integration of technology Into the building process, we still get excited when it’s time to put pen to paper and get to work solving the next puzzle or creating an innovative solution.
Our team is excited to take a look back at some of our moments during the past two decades, and to reflect on how far we have come and the challenges we have been able to withstand, not just over the last two years, but through recessions and the ebb and flow of the ever-changing housing market.
In looking back, it also excites me to look forward to all the possibilities that lie ahead for Grainda Builders and our partners who have been integral of our success over the years. As I prepare for Grainda’s next chapter, and my own, I am proud of the legacy our team has built together and know the team will continue to push the envelope when it comes to client experience, creative thinking, and craftsmanship. I hope that you will see that legacy reflected in the pages that follow.
